What's the road to House?
There are 4 steps to get to the House. Once you master it, we will welcome you with open arms.
First contact
It goes hand in hand with the first impression. As soon as you fill out the form in the advertisement, we will take a look at it in the shortlisted team. If everything plays into our cards, we will get back to you within a few days with an interview deadline.
Interview
We will have our first meeting online. You call our HR person — he will tell you how things are going with us and you will tell us a little about yourself. Together we will discuss the possibilities and ideas of cooperation.
Meeting with the lead
It's time to clarify your expectations. What do you expect from this job? On the contrary, what do we expect from you? Will it fit together and we will understand each other? You will meet with the head of your department and analyze everything in detail. Designers online, analysts live. At the same time, they will go through a small task in which we will test their skills.
Financial check
Does cooperation make sense to you and us, has the spark skipped? Then the hand is in the sleeve. It remains to be agreed on the terms of cooperation. At the last meeting, we will come to you with an offer that matches your knowledge and seniority. And as soon as we slap each other, onboarding to the House of Cutter family begins.

I don't think I've ever worked in a team that could talk to each other so openly and at the same time with concern for each other as I feel I can at House. The best relationships are the ones where you support and push each other - and everyone here has that inner spark that makes them want to keep getting better. And we're all in this together.
