And it's like, yeah. Every year is different. We did not have a crisis this year, like in 2020, when clients massively canceled projects with COVID. At the same time, we didn't even grow. And I can't say it's a lack of effort. Changes await us in 2025.

We have a business spread across three areas that are interrelated.

Strategic projects

We do the assignment. For sites, minimal versions of apps. We do customer research. We show you new paths thanks to strategic frameworks. We reduce risks.

👉 We have designed a strategy and launched several B2B websites.

👉 We have created assignments for a couple of medium-sized e-shops.

👉 We have made a strategy and assignment for the future digital twin of the city of Brno.

👉 We have cooperated with three universities.

👉 We started building marketing competencies in a billion dollar company.

👉 We train strategically management in a global technology firm.

👉 We have helped clients verify a number of ideas. And we cut most of them in time.

Data Analytics

You don't need numbers. You need to respond in a timely manner. Change the campaign, the site section, or the service. We have top web analytics specialists at House of Cutter. We don't deal with the basics. We provide advanced and accurate measurement solutions for medium/large e-shops and global B2B websites.

👉 We have managed measurement and marketing codes on hundreds of websites.

👉 We have implemented server-side metering on both Google Cloud and MS Azure.

👉 We have created a data warehouse with reporting for e-shops.

👉 We have put into operation the advanced calculation of attribution model.

👉 We set up measurements on sites with billion turnover.

👉 We have automated processes and data flows for the subscriber site.

👉 We created a template for GTM for Heureka.

👉 We have lectured on web analytics at MUNI and for Czechitas.

👉 We were at MeasureCamp in Helsinki, Bratislava and Prague.

Education

Unlike a pile of alternatives, we actually try to teach the participants. Training with a maximum duration of activities of 15 minutes, group and individual work and a lot of reflection... yes. Always online, of course.

👉 We started AI University. It keeps us flowing... because AI changes everything.

👉 Strategic design in thinking You can have it as a self-study. This is mainly used by agencies. Some even with multiple licenses (Thanks! I will write to the rest of you... 😈).

👉 We've tweaked both strategic workouts to a new level. I'm happy about them. Participants too!

👉 We started registrations on Facilitation Leadership for the next year.

House of Řezč

The genus became both smaller and larger over the course of the year. We conclude with the fact that we are approximately the same size humanly and rotationally.

👉 A fifth of the genus gave birth! Three colleagues went to the maternity ward. Fortunately, my colleague did not.

👉 We keep looking future web analytics.

👉 We speed up with AI as much as we can. And there's a surprisingly lot to be done.

My Lessons for Next Year

1 ️ ⃣ Doing a good job is not the same as doing a good service. In our case, the service is mainly communication and project management. And we have improved that fundamentally this year.

2 ️ ⃣ A word is a word, and a backup is a backup. I'm too old to dance around. No matter how much the client is a friend at the same time.

3 ️ ⃣ LinkedIn is probably not a friend. When I go through nudity, veils, and general truths, it spreads one joy. If I go more in depth, those posts are half-dead. Next year, I'm redirecting the energy elsewhere.
