Some time ago, I introduced the Wardley mapping framework to Honza Mayer (now Managing Director CZ/SK Heureka Group). He stated: “You changed my view of the world.” And that's what it's all about.
Strategic frameworks allow you to view situations from new angles. They highlight some aspects while downplaying others, giving you an overview that your competitors lack. You will start discussing different areas than before, making decisions more effectively and clearly than ever.

Wardley Maps are a framework for visualizing business. They allow you to see business in a new light and discuss entirely new possibilities for strategic moves.

We understand that you are busy. We have three intensive days ahead. The first two days are online, and the final meeting is in Brno. This gives you the opportunity to meet other training participants.
After each session, there is an unlimited discussion where you can bring your own issues, questions, and cases.
You can also send questions to internal discussion group, that we have prepared for you.
Before each meeting, we always send videos with theoretical foundations. Some are 2 minutes long, others almost an hour. You will have access to the videos as long as we continue to pay for the tool where they are stored. In addition to the videos, you will receive optional home preparation.
We will integrate all frameworks into a comprehensive case study that you can use when considering your own projects.

Before Strategic Thinking, I was also in Strategic Design, so I had very high expectations. All of them were met. The training helped me with the concrete application of tools that allow me to find a common language to discuss and move the company's strategy, even when an I.T., a marketer, a lawyer and a CEO are sitting over it. Moreover, one gets a tremendous opportunity to look under the hood of a particular company's leadership, which solves strategic problems and discussions all the time and conducts them with complete openness.
The course is great. I dare to say that I haven't had such a beneficial training in a couple of years, and I've been through quite a few different foreign workshops or tailor-made training. I'm really impressed. Now I just have to keep putting it into practice.
The training was great in its breadth and scope. I took away a lot of suggestions and aha moments that I will work with and revisit in the months and years to come. The biggest aha moment was that frameworks like Wardley's maps are especially useful as a tool for discussing strategy. They shine a light on a given subject from X different perspectives and open up a host of questions that one wouldn't think of on their own. Strategic thinking has exceeded my expectations.

Expect not a webinar, but intensive work and individual attention from the instructors.
Don't expect a lecture where you can check Facebook or deal with emails. Set aside time and a quiet space, make yourself a cup of tea, feel free to keep your sweatpants on. The training is intense and one activity builds smoothly on the other.
You don't have to worry about not having enough space to address your project among the other participants. All projects will get plenty of space and support from the tutor.
Practical Information
- Spring term meetings will be held March 26 and 27, 9:00-17:00 and April 17, 13:00-midnight (FULL).
- Meetings for the second spring/summer term will be May 21 and 22, 9:00-17:00, and June 12, 13:00-midnight.
- Fall term meetings will be held October 8 and 7, 9:00-17:00 and October 30, 13:00-midnight.
- Meetings will be online. We will use ZOOM, the MIRO electronic board, and other online tools.
- Final meeting and networking will be live in Brno.
- Before each meeting, you will receive study materials.
- After each meeting, there will be an informal discussion. You can continue as long as you wish to engage.

- If the scheduled dates do not suit you, or if you need to go through the training at your own pace, we offer version without live sessions – Strategic thinking: self-study.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I get a training record?
The No. We don't record training sessions. You will be left with a MIRO bulletin board and pre-recorded videos.
Do I need any special experience?
Actually, no. You need to know how to work with a computer and learn how to work with the Zoom communication application and the Miro dashboard. We will deliver all instructions in time.
Do you also know training for companies?
Ah yes. We do non-public online trainings for up to 12 people and customize them according to your needs. Contact us for the offer.
