Strategic thinking

Strategically manage your organization. What do you do before you set goals and plans? Strategic decisions. You can do them better thanks to frameworks. These bring new ideas, new decisions and thus new results.

The training includes 54 videos and other materials.

Strategic Design

Solve complex projects. Design is not drawing pretty pictures. Design is the solution of complex problems. In training, we go through the workflows of designers-generalists. Business, research, sense-making, stakeholder work, ideation, validation of ideas.

The training includes 68 videos and other materials, which we gradually expand.

AI University

You introduce AI into the organization. Generative AI is like Excel. Everybody knows him. Few make the most of it. You'll get new ideas, answers to your questions, and a community that meets every month. You will not be alone in this.

Part of the training includes 104 videos and other materials, which we gradually expand.

Novelty: Facilitation Leadership

You lead group work. You deal with efficiency. A move on goal. Engaging people. Because working in a group can be a festival of lost time. We will show you the principles of working with a group. Online in offline. At the same time, together we will go through the basics of the strategic framework of the Wardley Map.
